SunYuan ISO EC series analog signal isolation amplifier is a capacitive coupling isolation hybrid integrated circuit with strong EMC immunity. The amplifier adopts a brand-new modulation-demodulation capacitive coupling isolation technology. The signal in the module is transmitted as a digital signal through a capacitive isolation layer. The integrity of the signal is maintained by digital modulation and capacitive coupling isolation, so that the digital signal can also provide excellent reliability and superior high frequency transient immunity through the capacitive isolation layer.
ISO EC series modules adopt small size standard SIP12Pin flame retardant shell and resin material packaging mode, adopt single power supply and integrate a group of isolated DC/DC conversion power supply and a group of capacitive coupling analog signal isolation amplifier on the same chip. The module supports analog single-ended input to positive and negative signals and positive and negative signals to single-ended signals isolation transmission function, no external potentiometer and other components, free of zero and gain adjustment, which greatly simplifies the user's design and field use costs. Capacitive isolation technology is used inside the product, which has better EMC interference resistance than magnetoelectric isolation technology, and better temperature drift characteristics and linearity than optocoupler isolation technology, eliminating the need to repeatedly calibrate zero and full degree.
